We can deliver anywhere in mainland Great Britain (excluding Scottish Highlands)

All deliveries will be dispatched to your chosen address at order stage.

Somebody must be at the delivery premises to receive consignment. Due to possible large and heavy packages you must have suitable handling equipment to unload if needed. On times the driver may need assistance.

Re-delivery charge may be incurred if delivery is not successful and has to be reattempted.

All deliveries will be made on ground floors only.

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

The consignee is responsible to suitably dispose of the packaging materials.

All goods must be inspected on delivery and any errors, damaged or missing pieces must be reported within 48 hours from receipt. Photos/evidence may be required so do not throw packaging away at this time.

Any special delivery requirements must be reported at order stage.

Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.


Stainless Store offers a return service in accordance to your rights under the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’.

Business to Business transactions do not apply.

To cancel your order please use our contact page and give as much detail as you can including your order number. A reason for cancellation is not required but may help us improve our service in the future if given. Distance selling regulations allows you to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receipt of goods. All goods must be returned undamaged in the original packaging within 14 days of cancelation and any costs incurred must be paid for by you. If goods are not returned within 14 days we can arrange for them to be collected and any charges will be passed on to you and if a credit is due to be given any costs will be debited before refund.

No goods that have been supplied cut can be cancelled and this applies if any process including polishing, bending, drilling, welding and others has been carried out on the supplied goods. The only exception is if the goods are out of the manufacturer’s specification standards.

Any refunds will be processed and completed in 30 days less any costs agreed in this contract.
